I need a job.... Can anyone help?

    Hello fellow prius posters. Some people know me on here and some don't. I live in San Jose, CA.. I'm currently unemployed and having a hard time landing a decent paying job. I have a fair amount of job experiance (construction, realestate, customer service, delivery, etc) I'm looking to see if someone can offer me a job in the bay area.

    Can't really help with a job right away but with your background look into becoming an Appraiser. Great pay, own hours and a pretty good demand for them right now. I'm in the Valley and lenders are begging the Appraisers to do jobs for them.

    I found two more positions on career builder, cause the one that I was interviewed for in Jan, I would have been... uh fired (pinkslipped) before I went in for my first day of work.

    I need yard work done, my house painted, etc.

    I'll see the cookies and raise home cooked dinners.....spaghetti and meatballs, chicken cacciatore, lasagne, enchiladas, the occasional steak.....

    Our school needs a network systems technician but you have to know MACs and have experience with servers on a network.

    But you would have to relocate to San Diego. Way not worth it as the cost of living is probably a lot higher here than in San Jose.

    Going in to real estate appraisal is a good idea, but you have to apprentice and put in a lot of hours before you get licensed.
