I need a list of Prius maint. at what mileage.Fluid changes, belts, filters etc.

In addition to Toyota's recommendations, I would drain and fill the ATF in the Tansaxle at 30,000 miles and then every 60,000 miles. Here are Toyota's recommendations:

Here is a spreadsheet I created to help keep track of what maintenance you need and when. It will work with the GenII as well, just remember to have your rear brakes cleaned and adjusted every 30,000 miles.
