Overall car has 183,000 miles, is 2009 has a busted touch screen on it and drives somewhat smooth, but...
Can someone please explain the codes in the screenshot and if it's under history or pending does that mean I don't have to worry about it or did someone attempt to clear. What about the current ones? Any advice would help even if you know only one code or what the snowflake by transmition mean? please help me out. What the costs are?

    Hello, and welcome to PriusChat!!

Technically speaking there should be no codes, current or otherwise. Disconnecting the 12v can clear many codes, though some relating to 'vehicle safety' will not be cleared as easily.

For the B1271, if you get to either of the two "Replace combination meter assembly", rather than buy a OEM one, which you will have book your car into a Toyota dealer and have them do it for $800-$1000, consider getting your replacement from Matt @Texas Hybrid Batteries. He is a member here, and his service is reasonable. He rebuilds them so they are better than new and he offers a lifetime warranty.

PS, focus on the current faults, for the time being. History faults are ones that meet the threshold to trigger a fault, but then do not trigger again within the specific number of cycles. Pending faults mean the a triggering threshold was met, but has not yet met the number of trigger events to be classified as a problem (i. e. become a current fault). It is also possible that an event can go from pending to history with out passing through current (which would illuminate dash lights), so there's that, too. An good example is the B1271 which is showing as Hist. Your CM (combination meter) probably is intermittently going on and off at the moment, but one day it will become permanent. Sometimes, all it takes is disconnecting the 12 V power to tip it over the edge permanently.

Your freeze frame data (the snowflake) shows battery voltage at 8.43v

If that is truly the 12v battery state, I would correct that first before throwing money at anything else.

You don't want to be chasing your tail on things that could be due to a weak 12v battery. I'd be willing to bet a coke most of your DTCs will clear when you correct that problem. 12v systems don't function well at 8.4 volts.

Pending means that the fault has occurred recently, but only once, and no warning light will be illuminated for it. Many codes require a fault to occur twice within a certain number of run cycles before it will shift to a 'current' status and actually illuminate the warning light. History would be that the warning light illuminated, but the condition cleared on it's own and the warning light turned off after X number of run cycles. It shifts from 'current' status to 'history' status. I'm not sure if history clears after a specific number of run cycles.

Any DTC that has a snowflake next to it means there is freeze frame data available for detailed investigation. Click on the snowflake to display that info screen.

And.....you need air in your tires.......
