I would love to schedule a gathering!

I have been thinking a lot about it and I would just love to have a gathering. I live in the Ohio Valley / Wheeling, WV area, about an hour down from Pittsburgh.

Would anyone like to get something jump-started? Maybe meet at a park or parking lot, talk for a good while, go eat, then depart? It wouldn't only be Prius drivers welcome, any hybrid car, electric car, or a car that uses an alternative fuel is welcome.
