Importing Prius 2013 to Europe

    Does anyone know if I need to make any changes on the car so it complies with European standard?
    I am told teh head lights need to comply with standard FMVSS 108 from type HB3 + HB4 GUIDE or H11 + H9
    Any help would be appreciated.
