"Improved" fog lights, ONLY with high beams?

    Converting Prius fog lights into driving lights isn't the hard part.
    Figuring out a 'simple' way to have them come on when I actuate the high beams, should be easy?
    Has anyone done this? Or does anyone know the secret?
