    you can try the 'good news garage' in cambridge. i think they have a great rep and can fix anything.

    When I first moved here (in 1983, from the UK) I used to listen regularly to their "Car Talk" programme on local NPR (WBUR), but it seems that since the programme has become syndicated nationwide, much of the useful information has been dropped, and it has become more of a "Weekend ChuckleFest" with "Klik & Klak" (the Chuckle Brothers), makes me glad I don't waste my $$$ by sending it to NPR! ;) - Wil

    yes, i think they 'officially' retired in 2012 and it is quite a bit different now.
