    In all 'extra elector' states, most plausible defense seems to be 'keeping legal options open' while awaiting courts' assessments (if any) of validity of ballot counts. This may work in some but not others. Extra electors can go that way, or flip on Cheseboro and Eastman and such like.

    There will be some value also, if the 2024 Electoral College does not have these extra campuses.
