Inside Fog light cover

    I bought a gen2 2006 prius few weeks ago and today I found that something is inside the fog light cover.
    It looks like sand and small stones and maybe there is some spaces.
    Is there anyone who had similar experience with this? How can I solve this problem?

    Those lights are pretty cheap on eBay
