    the author must never have touched the owners manual or called the 24 hour tesla support. only thing he had to do was put the roadster in range extend mode. that would have given him plenty more miles and given him the cruise control he so desperately wanted. only 2 seconds before he left to find that out and it would've saved him a world of headaches!:welcome:
