Ipod Integration w/unlocks for bluetooth/nav

I have just ordered a 2008 prius with package 5. I have been reading and trying to get a handle on the various upgrades/unlocks. I plan on using the video ipod and want to integrate it with the car to use steering whell controls etc. It seems people have problems with the service from coastaletech but that unit seems to have all the features in one unit. Has anyone installed this unit and does it work as advertised. Is the Vais Unit also seems good but I don't think it unlocks the nav/bluetooth. Any help would be appreciated.
