2 owners, did not have carfax but I saw that there was 67 service records, no accidents but there is some cosmetic damage.
I dont have the exact pics of the car but I looked some up and these are quite similar to what I saw.
There is some rust on the driver: [IMG]
Rear bumper is slight misaligned: [IMG]
The front bumper (attached)is dented but you cant tell from far.

There are minor scratches on all sides.

I did a test drive, everything seems fine even the hybrid battery where the average was 14.7 from my obd scan tool. The rotors and the tires would need to be changed.

Overall I think this is an okay deal for $5000, the seller obviously could not sell it to a dealer because of the amount of work required to get it to the dealers standard.
The KBB Private Party Range $3,473 - $5,800

I would like to hear everyones thoughts and opinions since this is my first time buying a car.

Misaligned bumpers are from smacking into something. Granted sometimes not to hard can get it to be misaligned, but more often that's more of a significant hit. The health of the hybrid battery is not tested by the fact that it is at 14.7v. Also, its a 10 year old car -- I'm thinking you should pay much less, especially with rotors/tires being shot. Just my two cents.

The rust in that first pic is worriesome, maybe the tip of the iceberg.

Oh, there should be a couple plastic film pieces in that corner (trailing corner of right/rear door?). They're missing, which likely means there was some cut rate bodywork there?

Ok, those pics are not the car in question, lol. Never mind.

I agree, I wouldn't buy it for that price. I have seen 2010's with similar mileage for around that price without the damage and the needed tires and brakes. I would think more like the low end of that price range you posted....just my opinion.
    Good luck with your decision!
