    The Civil Rights Act was passed 43 years ago.

    Numerous policies and laws have been passed to address this. Wars have been fought to correct wrongs.

    Other groups of Americans have faced discrimination too - and seem to have risen above it - without much if any government advocacy.

    A large % of African Americans have transcended racism.

    Do you think racism is forever in America?
