Is the Gen 4 Prius a masculine or feminine looking car?

I have a black 4 Touring. I tinted the windows. I think it looks pretty masculine.

I think it depends on the country of first sale: der neue Prius, el nuevo Prius, or новый Prius in Germany, Spain, or Russia, for example, but la nouvelle Prius or la nuova Prius in France or Italy.

According to Toyota’s New Car Features book, the front design is an “Expression of Priusness with intelligence and ‘Ingenious Beauty’” (=「『遊美心（ゆうびしん）』のある知的なPriusnessを表現」).

 

Samantha is definitely female (as is Clara, my 3 wheeled piano).

 

Yup, I tend to adore female things over masculin ones!

Well if that's the determiner then it can't be female. You can turn the voice off.

 

And after posting that I'm in real trouble now. The "League of The Sisters Of Control" have me in their sights now!

 

Unless your granola AF and a liberal living in New York or California, everyone calls my car "Cute". All the guys talk about man card and Prius and all the girls laugh and call it cute. :B

 

Mine hasn't been called "cute".

But nobody has expressed any form of not liking my PRIUS. Some have looked inside and the guys particularly have been impressed with the amount of information available on the dash, and the standard equipment with HUD, DRCC etc. Only one has commented in the negative about the white - then when I pointed out the dust collecting on the black, she suggested that an all-white dash would be a good idea (probably a hint about my poor attention to dust).

 

My Prius had no navigation or voice!

 

Mine has not been called cute either. I have a son that has a new Civic. His comment was that people say his car looks angry but my Prius looks really angry!

 

I know which I prefer. Hint - it isn't the Honda.

All I know I still love slipping behind the wheel at least twice a day (and more on weekends) even after being together more than a year.

 

I'd say slightly masculine, but that might change if I got one and enjoyed is as much as most of you folks.

 

... just as more of the world was coming to understand that not everything, not even humans, must be force fit into one of just two non-overlapping boxes.
