I noticed on the Edmunds review, they were driving around in a MFD-less 2010.

Anybody know if that was a Prius II trim?

All Gen II Prius have the MFD. The 2010 only uses the MFD on Nav equipped packages.

The MFD is replaced by the MID (Multi-Information Display) in the 2010. All models will have it, but only Navigation-equipped models will have the larger display for the Navigation, Audio, and Backup camera.

The Navigation package is an option package, so all Prius models II-V will only have the MID standard.

The MID looks like the current speedo display, only expanded out to the right.

    I see.

    Thanks for the clarification.

You can see the MID at AutoblogGreen. Look at the pictures that don't include the speedometer.
