I would love step by step with video if possible as well. I need to replace my drivers side bulb since it is going out when i drive and i have to cycle the headlights off and on to get it to stay on. BTW what bulb is used in the video, meaning brand?? Thanks :)

A good hint.... I changed mine for the 2nd time yesterday. Mine went in February, changed them in 45 mintues. A friend's went a couple of months ago, changed them in 20 minutes... getting better with experience. Yesterday it took an hour and a half...... Be careful not to let the connector that attaches to the back of the bulb fall down inside the housing, It is NOT fun. Then you have to take the bumper loose for that light, you don't have to take it completely off bu it is sort of a pain. Then you have to take the whole light assembly out and shake it around until the connector dislodges it's self and falls out. When it falls inside the housing you can't even see it to get it out. But... got it out put it back together and all is well. Only 7 extra screws to take out and the bumper snaps loose. Not too bad but not neccessary.

I replaced my HID over the weekend. taking the bumper off was kind of fun, except for the damn clips. I used the 10mm socket wrench for just about everything. $12 at AutoZone saved me a bundle in having to deal with Toyota (s/d)ealership we-don't-give-a-crap-about-your-car service (most of my service experiences have been bad).

I didn't see anyone mention this
    but notice she wore GLOVES.

    Do not touch the Bulb
the OIL from your hand will make the bulb prematurely BURN OUT!

You don't need gloves just make sure not to touch the bulb with your bare hands
If you accidentally touch the bulb

Clean with 100% Alcohol and a lint free cloth..

Unless you want to repeat this often :)

Another reason to pull the bumper.... If you just take the headlight assembly off, you can do the whole replacement just touching the base of the bulb.
