is there a way to program the lock mode?

    not sure whre to post this, I did do a search and all the threads were for earlier models or I didn't enter the right words.

    anyhoo, is there a way to program the park mode so when I engage it, it doesn't unlock the doors?

    a friend had a Pontiac Vibe (Matrix clone) and you could program the door locks to do several things when you put it in park (doors unlock, doors not unlock etc)

    Yes, see page 69 (Chapter 1-3) in your manual. You can cancel the "Shifting the shift position to P unlocks all doors" function.

    thank you. I went through the manual and didn't see it or it just didn't click . . yanno not seeing the forest for the trees.
