Is there Extended Warranty based on miles alone?

    Can one buy an Extended Warranty based solely on miles (say 100K) instead of "n years or x miles, whichever comes first" ?

    No. No manufacturer or insurer wants to be liable forever. Low mileage cars will have problems due to rust and rot.
