PORT CHESTER — "I refuse to go in it again," Bridie Doino said of the 2010 Toyota she was in when it became airborne and landed on top of two cars in the Kohl's parking lot off the Boston Post Road Wednesday afternoon.

Husband Rocco Doino, a 78-year-old , 6-foot 4, 265-pound ex-Marine who still works out occasionally , said he had his foot on the brake and the car was accelerating

From the article: "The bottom line is it's got to be the right thing," Bridie said, whatever the computer shows.

So they want Toyota to investigate but already are convinced of what happened. Sucks to be Toyota lately.

We won't know until they pull the data. If I had to bet, considering the age of the driver, I'd go with driver error.
