J.D. Power Survey of Navigation System

    Has anyone out there in PC land received an online survey of ownership experience with the Navigation System from J.D. Power and Associates? I just received one and at the end of completing the survey, I was presented with a fatal error screen. Personally, I would rate my survey experience an F (as in failing).
