JDM A/C Power Source - installation

I'm trying to install the JDM power source. The instructions for installation are in Japanese. The connections that pictures in the instructions show for connecting the unit, don't seem to be available in my 2008 Prius. I did not pull up the entire carpet, which the instructions seem to suggest, so i may simply be not seeing them. There was some changes to this model by adding the cigarette lighter and aux. audio input in the console. Could the power source connections have been eliminated or changed? Has anyone tried the installation on a 2008 model?
