    Hi Everyone,

I just got my 07 Prius touring in Feb to add to my dh's 2003 Prius. I liked his but didn't care too much for the body style. When I saw the 05 style, I was dying to get one. Kept waiting for Sand Drift Beige but when I saw Toyota offer a deal I couldn't wait. I actually had to call my salesman (who's great BTW - last 4 cars from him)! I am so loving this car, but miss 3 things - sunroof, adjustable height seat, and rain deflectors. Anyone get the rain guards advertised? How do you like them and do they go in as easy as the video shows? Learning so much from you guys - I'm in the 10% that commutes too short a distance to get the full mileage benefit, but when I have to drive the Southeast Expressway I easily get 75-90 mpg as we crawl along. Only saw one other post from the Boston area - anyone else from around here? No clubs in N.E. either. Wish I saw this site 4 yrs ago.

    Hi Neicy,
The engine block heater will give you better mileage for your short commute in the colder months. You can find many threads on that here under EBH or engine block heater

I have ordered the window rain deflectors have not come in yet but they are needed thats for sure.

    AND WELCOME

    Welcome aboard, Neicy.
Send a Private Message to "FireEngineer." He has both the rain deflectors and is the de facto PriusChat Engine Block Heater Installer Expert.

Congrats on becoming a 2 Prii household.

Hello and welcome Neicy! I am not from Mass, but rather NH, way up in the white mountains. I had Fireengineer install my block heater and he did an excellent job. Start a North East club and I'll be there!
