This is a great place for information, Im glad I found it on my search for a new car, I am trying to find the most efficient. I have been looking at the prius for a little while now, Iam going to spend some time on here to get the dirt on this car.

People will debate the efficiency of The Prius during production. I leave it to you to research here and elsewhere the debate as a whole concerning production and battey creation.

But if you are considering an automobile purchase..and efficiency of use of gasoline and operation and emissions are your priority?

Options are coming. The Volt, The Leaf, and other hybrids..but right now nothing widely commercially available is more efficient in operation than The Prius. 50mpg and low emmisions...

So if that's the scope of your criteria...Prius is a good choice...
