Pretty happy that my dealer and I came to agreement on a level 2 and delivered sometime in the next 2 weeks.
Is there anything else I should be asking the dealer to program before I pick it up besides removing the reverse beep?

The only thing I regret is doing the reverse beep. You may also want to turn off the seat belt beeping for the passenger as well. Other than that I think you will be good.

You might as well have them apply the brake software upgrade (if it's not already done) so that you don't have to take it back later.

I wish I had had them turn the headlights off option to zero from the default 30 seconds.

Just a personal opinion and more for aesthetics. Don't have them put the front plate on, and just have them give you the bracket to put on later (unless you don't care about that). For me, I didn't want the dealership drilling holes into my bumper when I can make a factory front license plate bracket work without drilling the holes. That and I like driving without my front plate (check your state's law on front plates).
