Key programming business,need your openion guys

    Key programming solution,need your openion guys

    Hi all;


    1. I have the latest version of Toyota TechStream, if i bough a compatible cable, can i add new fobs with full features(SKS and Remote) only with the TechStream without online subscription?

    2.Are there any cheap alternatives for keys programming than techstream?

    3. Im planning to get Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 which supports TechStream as they claim, any one tried it?

    I do not think Techstream will program keys and immobilizers unless you have a 'Security Professional" membership.

    According to the TIS website, "you must be a current member of the NASTF Vehicle Security Professional Registry"

    It may be possible to find a hacked version, I've never looked.

    Not familiar with it, I'd look forward to learning about it myself.

    I have Techstream Lite with the TIS Professional Subscription and the Mongoose cable. My experience is limited to that and some aftermarket stuff that didn't work worth a hoot. (including some real expensive Snap On stuff).
