Keyless entry suddenly not working on my 2011 prius

I recently had my front bumper replaced at a shop (not a Toyota dealership), and since getting my car back, and proximity key entry system no longer works, and neither does the touch button on the door handle.
Pressing the unlock button on my key, however, does work so it's not a problem with the key battery
(I even replaced the key battery just in case and nothing changed).
Also, the car starts no problem as long as the key is in the car, without having to touch it to the power button.

I know some older makes have a button under the steering column that activates/deactivates keyless entry but the 2011 does not.

Any suggestions on what might be happening and how to fix it?
