I´ve been quiet on the forum but as a TDI owner (Audi and VW), I´m seeing ads on the web and FB for lawyers left and right.

The Diesel Driver magazine has posted an online directory that I found helpful.

Maybe some others will find it useful, too.

If they are driving a diesel, then it´s ok.

Maybe not the smaller transport ones.
The diesel ones even have overrides for their emission controls. We should stop that. Heaven forbid one ambulance spews out so extra NOx rushing a victim to the hospital while its DEF tank is empty.

Every ambulance I drove had a diesel from the 7.3 to the 6.0 all the way back to our old box with a 6.9 non turbo....and 1 6.6 duramax which by far had the worst smell that seems to be common to GM diesels. Longevity and low end torque is why they went with them, we had a 1999 Ford with the 7.3 and in 2008 it had just under 520k miles and was getting ready to retire due to age

I got rid of my last TDI over four years and I just got a card in the mail to call the VW emission lawyer for my case review 24/7. They seem to be very accommodating. :p

You call them and tell them you want to sue because you would have kept the car if you had known it was killing everyone around you.

Yep, for longevity, you can't beat the 7.3 - a real work horse with durability, simplicity and reliability. It loves to pull or tow when loaded up.
