lease specials and pricing

    Get $0 Drive-off and only $339 per month on a new 2011 Prius
    2011 1.8L 4-Cyl Prius model (#1223)
    $339 per month for 36 months
    $0 Drive-off

    they currently have a 2k down for $279/month also.

    i'm curious, has anyone heard of the method where you can pay a maximum security deposit to receive a lower money factor, cutting down lease pricing ?

    something like this:

    (i cant post links) go to slickdeals.net and search 2011 BMW 335 Sedan 3YR/36K Lease for example, the guy posts some interesting things for hyundai and infiniti also.

    That's not that great a deal. I've already got this posted here:

    2011 Prius II (model 1223). Whatever I have left with mats $21,988 after the $500 rebate is deducted OR use the low APRs instead of the rebate OR use the special lease in lieu of the rebate.
    Lease with 12K annual miles?
    $999 total cash drive offs, 35 more payments at 264.32 + tax a month. (Cars that remain are gray, blue, red, black)

    Thanks Dianne, my friend wants this car, i told him about the possibility of a money factor savings if he were to drop a larger security deposit, is there such a thing ? I think if so then i'm pretty sure he will come get it.

    also, what are the leases on the steps up? like the III and the IV.. just curious.

    Nah.
    The rate right now is so low, it makes no sense to add extra cash to any lease other than a few extra bucks to put a dent in the acq. fee associated with all leases.

    I have a few III's left that are basic, and they are about $15 bucks a month more. The IVs are pretty high now that residuals are so low!

    ouch, so there is absolutely no benefit in this situation of a multiple security deposit? what are we looking at, out the door on a III with tax/lic, in Los Angeles. thanks.

    I am unsure why you seem fixated on multiple security deposits.
    They are used to either lower a lease rate that's HIGH .. ie either non-promotional, or just high.... or used to counteract poor credit circumstances. Does the latter issue apply? The Prius rates are so low for those who qualify, it's got to be the 2nd one OR you are uneducated as to why that sometimes is suggested.
