Left foot rest protection

Also known as the 'dead pedal'...
The carpeted floor mats don't cover this area so repeated use runs the risk of wearing through the stock floor carpet.

I found these floor mat samples in a dealership's accessory store. The shape caught my eye - they didn't want to give out a sample off the rack (at least not a decent colored one) so they gave me this clear one they said they get all the time - even better!

Works great! The grippy spikes on the bottom hold it in place well.
Obviously needs to be trimmed but it's pretty good non-permanent solution, imho.
