Loading Addresses viaUSB Question?

I purchased a Prius V - Three last week and I wanted to add addresses to my navigation without typing each one in on the nav screen. I have a "dumb" phone so I can't link. I was going to add "vCard" data via the USB (Dest > Enter Destination > Advanced > Load Contacts from USB). This method is described on page 56 of the "Display Audio Systems Owner's Manual".

My problem is I don't have the "Load Contacts from USB" (photo from manual attached below) as one of my touch options. Does any one know if this option actually exists? Is there an update to the system that would add it?

The USB does work, I've viewed pictures on the Prius screen using the same USB flash drive that I've stored the vCard files.
