Looking for a list of Highlander and Prius Year by Year Changes

    I've searched here and on google and can't seem to find a list of changes by year for either the Prius or Highlander. I'm in the market for a used Toyota Hybrid and am trying to figure out what year to jump in at.

    Can anyone provide a list or point me in the direction of one?
