Looking for something to protect the door edge of my new Prius C3

Had these on my Scion xB in solid black but I don't think they will fit my Prius C3 because the door isn't very vertical in space but curves. Anyone can recommend something that isn't ugly to protect the door edge when it is accidentally hit against something like another car?

And yes, I already know the problem could be solved if you don't hit the door edge against anything but sometimes life happens, no?
