Looks like used Priuses are reasonably priced again.

A quick review of Prius prices locally I see a bunch at prices I'd consider, like a 2007 with 100k for $12,000 or a 2008 with 72k for $14,000. That last one, the 2008, I'd have bought that if it were available in April but I slightly missed the boat and everything at the time was stupid-expensive so I switched vehicles entirely for our second.

In the spring these would have been about $5k more than this in some cases.

There do remain a few stupid examples, like a 2010 for $26,000 with 20k miles (it's not a loaded one, either). These are from dealerships that were priced too high to sell this summer, got greedy, and will take a bath on these models. Another is a 2010 for $23k with 35,000 miles, also a base model. I see I can get a 2011 with 3000 miles for $23,000 from a Toyota dealership, so these silly prices are a thing of the past now. Plenty of new ones available as well.
