I just had the maintenance light stay on continuously today and I know I'm about due for my next 5K maintenance but I checked and see a lot of error codes:

    EMV:
    01-DB 190-BD-F
    01-D5 190-75-F
    01-DE 178-7D-1
    01-DB 178-58-F
    01-DA 178-CF-03
    01-DB 110-3E-4

    NAVI:
    01-DC 000-89-4
    01-DC 440-FE-1
    01-E3 -00-F

    DSP-AMP:
    01-D6 -FF-1
    01-DD 190-7D-1
    01-E1 110-FF-1
    01-E1 190-FF-1
    01-E3 -FF-1

Also, it looks like my second HID light just went out on the driver's side. I had the passenger one go out a couple months back and the dealership replaced it under a good-will warranty.

Any idea what these error codes mean or where I can get a complete listing of them?

At this point I'm glad I bought the 100K platinum warranty.

I assume that you are getting these codes off the MFD display? They relate to the audio and nav system and can be safely ignored as long as your stereo and nav are working OK.

In order to retrieve DTC (diagnostic trouble codes) you need a Toyota diagnostic laptop plugged into the OBD-II port under the steering wheel. Most generic code readers will only retrieve DTC produced by the engine ECU (or maybe hybrid vehicle ECU if you're lucky.)

At this point, it sounds like your only problems are a failed headlight and the need to change the engine oil/filter.
