My local dealer has this safety policy that requires all the employees driving customers vehicles to honk the horns when ever entering or leaving the service bays or when approaching blind intersections or buildings.
Some Toyotas seem to louder horns than others. So my question is what year and model of Toyotas have the loudest factory horn?

The horn in my 1968 Toyota Crown Deluxe would almost split your ear drums, it is that loud!! And a great tone too.

If you want to fit a loud horn get a Stebel Magnum twin horn. Conventional horn, great sound.
Turn up your speakers to full then, Click here to hear what they sound like

I know some have substituted Lexus horn(s) for the Prius horn which is pretty wimpy. I don't know if Lexus is the loudest though.

A horn is a horn is a horn, give it juice and it blows. Any 12v horn will work, and it would probably be easier just to buy one on the internet than scrounge around in a junk yard.
