Luggage hold belt striker assembly torque

I was routing a rear dashcam wire through the C pillar to the rear glass and needed to remove a few "luggage hold belt striker assembly" tie-down loops (part 58460D), but now that I've put them back, I can't find any specific torque in the repair manual PDFs (Complete Gen 5 (2023+) Repair Manual Available). It's definitely not a critical component, but I like to be thorough, especially since I already have the torque wrench out.

Any ideas? Hand-tight good enough?
