A couple weeks ago I just bought a 2015 prius with 37k miles,
It's absolutely fantastic, and I'd like to take care of it to make it last.

It's low mileage but it is 7 years old, I'm planning to do some maintenance when I hit 40k miles, what would you recommend I do beyond the 5k interval oil change? and should I be worried about the hybrid battery because of the age?

    Thank you!

    welcome!
log in at toyota.com/owners for prior service history, tsb's, recalls open and completed.

follow the maintenance schedule, consider doing a tranny fluid change which toyota calls 'lifetime'.
get a free load test on the 12 volt t any auto parts store.
check/clean/replace the air and cabin filters.
    check the tyres pressure.
no need to worry about the hybrid battery, you've got a 10/150 warranty, and they rarely fail.
15 is the best gen 3 year, all the best!(y)
