Mars bummer

    Mars is closer to Earth than ever this month, but telescope views are stinky due to a dust storm that covered the planet. This incredible pic from a few months ago shows the dust storm before it engulfed the whole planet. By naked eye Mars is great big view except the red color is obscured somewhat.
