Massachusets is now considering hybrid HOV lane use.

    As far as I'm concerned, the HOV use is a good PR move for hybrid technology, but I think it should be limited to only a few years because traffic congestion is also important.

    And just like in California, if it passes in Mass, it will then have to be approved in Washington.
