Mevotech parts? Sway bar links, tie rods.

I know the bushings on my sway bar links are shot (front sway bar to the struts) I'm not sure about the tie rods, but I should check them before I start to buy parts... Then I thought I needed new shock absorbers/dampers a while ago... Then I was wanting new tires/rims... One of the brakes are squealing, need to check that out too.

But is Mevotech a good brand? Googling I've seen hit or miss. Is there another brand I should look into?
