MFD "guard"

    Has anyone come up with an idea for some kind of temporary removable cover/shield for the MFD screen that I can use when I take my Prius to a commercial car wash? I'm kinda paranoid that the guys at the wash will not understand the nature of the display screen and inadvertently use a damaging cleaning product, in spite of being asked not to. Thanks for any suggestions.

    I have one, from about 4 years ago, that someone made up and posted on the site. I thought it might be at john1701a.com, but I couldn't locate it there. I'm sure it's lost to the internet ether at this point.

    Basicly it just said "Please don't clean this screen" and was on heavy paper cut to sit just in front of the screen...had the "leaf-car" and 'Prius' on it just for good measure. Should be easy enough to make up something of your own in Word.
