So i just cleaned out the EGR system and intake manifold with the intake ports or valve ports while also replacing the spark plugs. Now the engine misfires. The first 2 starts it made a horrible clunk noise and shook a whole lot but i can admit it sounded great the first few seconds then it misfired then the clunk to a stall. I think i screwed up my injectors making this the problem as i grabbed a drill with a brass pipe cleaner and run that over the injectors without realizing after i did all the ports. I blocked off the valves with a rag and shoved it back there to collect all the carbon chunks when i pull it out. Also on top of that the engine runs with misfires happening of course but has no throttle response but idles until i put it into drive the engine turns off. Is this a safety feature by Toyota? The dash tells me hybrid system not working or turn off the vehicle. The codes i got from the check engine light are P3190, P0A0F (X2), C1259, C1310.

That fools nearly everybody, because the motor/generator that cranks the engine is so much more powerful than a familiar starter that the engine sounds like it's running while being cranked. Only afterward does it start to sound awful or stall if it isn't going to catch and run.

P3190 is the basic code from the ECM saying the engine produced less than a fifth of the expected torque (a sort of quantitative way of saying it ran like cr@p). P0A0F is just the power management control ECU responding to the same thing (hey, I cued the ECM to start the engine, what happened?) and the C1259 and C1310 are just the brake/skid ECU responding to that.

Thanks for the response. kind of just looking for insight as I'm new to working on vehicles. Was it dumb to do that to me vehicle yes but i don't have money for a professional to clean some oil and carbon off some metal. I put back the old spark plugs ran the same, some misfires and a full stall when put into gear. Giving the intake a good look and throttle body since it doesnt rev up with the pedal while in park.

You need to double check ALL connections fittings.
The hose on the throttle body, to the pcv valve is often left off.

If you didn't have those issues before doing the work, and now you do, it only makes sense that
you've missed something. Just go slowly, and check all the wiring connections, and hose connections.

Check to make sure everything was reconnected. Many times, a vacuum hose is left disconnected, and the engine will not start, or it has no power.
