I pulled off the plastic wheel covers to expose the naked wheels only to discover the center caps missing. Has anyone found a mail order source for them. I've done some cursory Googling for them on sites mentioned here on PC but haven't yet found them.

    Thanks in advance...

Just ask your parts guy to order the center caps for the standard Prius wheel (the 15inch ones). I paid about $8.oo each at my Dealer.

if i can verify that the 2007 prius touring model comes with center caps installed, ill see if i can score
some free ones, because they werent there when i purchased it.

then ill see about ordering them

I'm pretty sure that they do not come with them. I have a 2007 and it did not come with them. If you check around on the site you'll see that it's a common mod on the touring edition, but good luck getting free ones.

:) Added confirmation: The 2007 Touring Edition Prius has 'moulded-in center caps' on the plastic wheel covers. When you remove the wheel covers, there is no center cap over the end of the axles. The center caps for the 2004-2007 Prius 'standard' 15" wheels are a perfect fit for the Touring 16" wheels and are usually in stock at a Toyota dealer at modest cost.

Nothing was left off or omitted - that's the way they come.

Thanks everyone for all the info on the center caps. I don't know if they will look goofy with chrome against the grey finish on the wheels, but at least they'll keep the critters from making a home there...

:) Look at the current thread on "Plastic Wheel Rims" - I posted pictures 'with' and 'without' for comparison.
