Model Revisions - Help!

    I am about to buy a demo, tomorrow, which could be 2004, or 2005
    HOW many, and what, significant engineering changes took place during the last two years?
    How the hell can you tell?
    (The demo is in Arezzo, Italy, discount is 30% off. Only 7% off new one.
    It was made before IPA was implemented - there is no apparent retro fit available)

    There are minimimal and minor changes only b/w the '04 and '05. A late '04 is almost identical to any '05. Some of the early '04s have some computer updates needed, have had problems with the MFD, and other minor issues.

    The '05s have some little retainers to help keep the ceiling lining in place after some issues with sagging.

    The easiest way to tell the difference is to look at the VIN number:
