Motorola v710 lawsuit

    I got a letter from verizon today with the option to return my v710 for full refund toward a new phone, or cancel my contract, or 25 dollars hush money. It appears a group in California started a class action lawsuit for them shutting down alot of the bluetooth functions and won. I know i am gonna trade this phone in on a treo. . :blink:
