    i figured you had the first Gen 4, you could get the first AWD-e. I am sure @DianneWhitmire could help with that. ;)

    AWD-e likely works in sand too.

    AWD are good when you leave a dead stop.

    Put winter tires on a FWD and you will also drive at 50 mph on 1.5" of snow on the interstate safely. Faster and the car start to hoover.

    In both case, moving is easy; stopping is the issue.
