I have just returned from holidays in England where I went by car to be fully independent, and I came back today. The B&B where I went offered recharging. He wanted to make me pay for it, 7p per Kwh, but when I told him that my recharge is only 6 kWh maximum, he laughs and "I'll offer it to you". Here is the collage of the report taken from the various screens of the car: Sorry about IS metric system: please use an online conversion tool. An this is the data from my App that registeres fuel and electricity. Again, sorry about IS metric system: please use an online conversion tool. I filled up before leaving and recharged every time i finished with the car. The 5 & 6 August the going trip was 70% rural roads and 30% motorway. On theI 26 and 27 August, the retirn trip, this time 70% motorway and 30% rural. The daily trips above 150 km where done visiting the beauiful cities around London. Those below, either are local trips (shopping etc) or trips to London where I could park at my granddaughter's place and take the public transport. My last trip to Londonon the 25th, I managed for the first time to go and return on a single charge, without using ICE. 72 km (45 miles) is my personal record. Please note that the car declared a consumption of 8.3 kWh but the recharge only took 8.1 kWh. The difference comes from my solar panels. To better manage the two propulsion systems, it is advisable to use EVs downhill (even on the motorway) and in slow traffic (queues, cities). Above 80 Km/h (50 mph), switch to HV.
