I took delivery of my Prius on April 7, 2004.
It is a Driftwood with package (the old) package 3 (rear wiper and side airbags)
I also got the factory mats (I use the rear cargo mat upside down, great for muddy boots)
I later installed a roof rack.
    Total miles: 15,943
    Total tanks: 47
Average mileage: 42.4 (current tank is displaying 47MPG)
Best tank: # 5 with 54 (before roof rack)
Also got 50+ with roof rack
Worst tank: 32 (kayak on roof)

I like it a lot, but unlike many here I don't worship it. I think it is a great car and not at all unhappy I bought it. My not so great mileage is due to my roof rack, and I haven't kept track of tire pressure as much as I should. (I started out checking weekly, now I hardly ever do)
I think I have the fuel tank problem (never put more than 10 gallons in), but haven't bothered to fix it.
I did have the brake light recall fixed.
I also had the hood replaced and paintless dent repair after a nasty hailstorm (3 months after buying the car)
IIRC it was about $2750 (Insurance paying most of it)
(I had my previous car 11 years and never had hail damage)

Oh, and I just got my rebate check.
