Nav Screen Broke

I'm not 100% I have the exact right Prius version thread. 2012, nothing special. Anyways. Somehow magically our nav screen broke, just the digitizer not the LCD under. Can someone just tell me the part I need. Like part number numbers or the exact one to buy on amazon/ebay. It's the nav unit that has the cd slot below the main unit, not the one with the screen that moves....I didnt know that was a thing until trying to find this. Also is there a how-to pull this all apart. I tried searching but I'm honeslty a little overwhelmed with all the versions of the 2012. Any help is appreiated.
