Nav system problem

    When traveling to a destination using the guidance, the highlighted streets end at the point when the guidance tells me that turn by turn directions cannot be proviced. I might be a mile or more from my final destination with no highlighted route shown. This problem began recently when someone was trying to operate the system. Did they change a setting?
